Toggle To The Top is a dark raspberry filled with glitter and shimmer from Essie's 2013 Winter collection.
It's super luxurious and look so pretty and sparkly! A perfect color for christmas.
The formula and application was great, it was opaque in 2 coats and drying time was okay.
I have a bit of a strange relationship with Essie because I really feel it's "hit or miss" with their polishes. It ranges from really great (like this one) to really horrible and you just NEVER know which end of the scale you get. I have a few of them and most of the ones I have I'm happy with but, but that's because I always reads reviews before buying Essie.
Anyway here is what it looks like with 2 layers of top coat in the shade.
