Nail art using OPI Brazil Collection

Today I want to show you some nail art I made using mostly polishes from OPI's Brazil collection that was released earlier this year.

First mani is one I made for Mother's Day.

Base color is Kiss Me I'm Brazilian. After applying that I used dotting tools in various sizes to make the dots and hearts. First Alpine Snow, then Red Hot Rio and for the dots another round of Alpine Snow. Then I finished it off with 2 layers of top coat to smoothen it out. Unfortunately the top coat dragged a little in the hearts. *sobs*

What do you think about it? Did you do something special for Mother's Day?

The other mani I want to show you today I made because I needed some summer on my nails and I looove bright colors that just scream summer!

The gradient was made using I Just Can't Cope-acabana, Toucan Do It If You Try and Kiss Me I'm Brazilian.
After the gradient I applied a coat of OPI - Pirouette My Whistle and finished it off with a layer of top coat.

What do you think about this mani? Do you like to use bright colors in the summer?

  1. I think they're both awesome. The dots on dots are genious and the gradient is soo cool and summery. It makes me think of the ice cream Filur :)
