Today I have 2 polishes that I want to show you.
Grape Pop is a purple creme from China Glaze's 2010 Up & Away collection. It's a beautiful pure purple and it looks so great! So far my favorite purple creme.
The formula was a little thin, but application was not a problem and it was opaque in 2 coats, so it didn't really have much effect except that I really needed to be careful to take some of the polish of the brush or there would just be too much and it would run, but as long as I just wiped the brush before applying it there were no problems. Drying time was great.
Here it is with no top coat in natural light.
I wanted to spice it up a little so I gave it some glitter.
Be Merry, Be Bright is a glitter topper with red and purple glitters from China Glaze's 2013 HoliGlaze collection. It doesn't seem very christmassy, but I like it anyway.
The formula was good on this one and not thick at all, but it did need a little help distributing the glitter, not much and the glitter payoff was great. I only used 1 coat. The drying time was great on this one aswell.
Here it is with 1 layer of top coat in natural light.
What do you think of the 2 polishes and the combination?
