High On Hope is a dark navy blue shimmer polish with a pink/gold glow from Orly's Hope and Freedom collection from this spring. In my pictures the colour looks more like a dark purple/pink/orange/gold glow. It looks very pretty both in the bottle and on the nail!
The formula was a little thin which made it a little hard to add it evenly and it took 3 coats to get completely opaque, but the drying time was good, so it wasn't a big problem and the prettiness of the colors really does make up for it in my opinion.
I used top coat for the pictures
